About Us

Our goal is to help you find the best place to purchase tickets online.  We search the web looking for websites selling MLB tickets.  We want to help you find sites that are:

  • Reliable

  • Provide great service

  • Offer the best prices

You will find a list of sites that sell baseball tickets near the top of this page.  We list different ticket brokers for different teams, because certain brokers may have better prices for certain teams.  For example, a ticket broker in Chicago will probably have better prices for Cubs tickets compared to brokers not located in Chicago.  However, this is not always the case, which is why we compare prices between the different sites.

Good luck in your search for tickets and hopefully we can help you find a reliable broker that will provide you with good service and great prices so you can get out and enjoy the game!

Please note - The Ticket Broker sites we list  sell tickets higher than face value.

Blue Jays Information

Toronto is added to the list of Major League cities in 1976 as the expansion team the Blue Jays is started. The first game in Toronto was won by the Blue Jays on April 7th, 1977 as they outscored the White Sox 9-5 in the snow at Exhibition Stadium.

The name the Blue Jays was selected through a “Name the Team” contest in which there were 30,000 entries.

Despite losing 107 games in their first season the Blue Jays attracted 1,701,052 fans setting a new record for attendance to an exhibition team.

The Blue Jays won back to back World Series Championships in 1992 and 1993 defeating the Atlanta Braves and Philadelphia Phillies.

The Jays played in Exhibition Stadium from 1977 to 1988 before the move to the Skydome occurred in time for the 1989 season. Buy Blue Jays Tickets Over the All-Star break of 2002 the Blue Jays were looking at a record of 34-52. Needing to do something to get the season on the right track manager Buck Martinez was replaced by Carlos Tosca. The Blue Jays did turn the season around going 43-32 in the 2nd half of the season and winning 16 of their last 20 games and ending the season in 3rd place in the AL East. Rookie of the Year Eric Hinske and Josh Phelps helped pull the Jays back into the swing of things with Phelps batting in 58 RBIs in just 74 games after being brought up from the minors. Roy Halladay also had a great season on the mound with 19 wins and 7 losses as he represented the Jays in the All-Star Game. April 2003 proved to be a struggle for the Jays as they post a 10-18 record. Fortunately on May 1st Roy Halladay records his first win of the season sparking the Blue Jays to win 21 of 29 games in May. That win was the 1st of 15 straight for Halladay as he and the rest of the team were on a roll. Carlos Delgado was on record setting pace for RBIs at the All-Star Break with 97. The Jays finished the season strong after a slight slump after the break. Halladay finished with a 22-7 record earning him a Cy Young. Meanwhile Delgado finishes 2nd in AL MVP voting behind Alex Rodriguez of the Texas Rangers as he records 42 homeruns and 145 RBIs. 2004 was a year of rebuilding for the Blue Jays. The Jays struggled all season as injuries to key players plagued the team. After getting swept in the first series of the year things looked bleak from the eyes of Toronto fans. Even in May after Frank Catalanotto’s six-hit night the losses kept piling up. After Josh Phelps was traded mid season many call-ups from the minors brought in some needed youth. In a December off season move the Jays released Carlos Delgado and signed Corey Koskie to a three-year deal. With large roster changes put into action the Jays hope they can turn it around for 2005 and try to recreate their days in the early 90’s.

During spring Training the Toronto Blue Jays had high hopes of making the play-offs. It was not till injuries set in during regular season that they saw their goal disappear. First baseman Carlos Delgado missed 33 games with a ribcage injury and the team only went 13-20 without him. He returned Tuesday July 6, 2004 and enabled the Blue Jays to return to the high scoring methods they are more used to. Frank Catalanotta strained his right groin and was placed on the disabled list on June 26. Catalonotta is eligible to return to play, but the club remains very cautious. Catalonotta's batting average was .327 before he was put on the disabled list. Jays Manager Carlos Tosca has stressed the negative impact that the injuries have had on the team, and regrets to report that the play offs are out of reach. Carlos Tosca has been asked by Yankees manager Joe Torre to join him in the All-Star Game and he is thoroughly excited about the honor. He explained, 'It's a pleasure and an honor every day to watch the best in the world play every day, and you are going to have them all together right there in the same place. I understand the game means a little bit more now because of who wins it. But I still kind of see it as an exhibition game and a chance for the guys to show their stuff. It will be a good game.

The SkyDome has been the home of the Toronto Blue Jays since Monday, June 5, 1989. It has a retractable roof and 348 uniquely ornamented rooms. Some believe this is the world's most complex and lavish ballpark. The ballpark is home to a hotel that has 70 rooms overlooking the playing field. When the SkyDome was built it employed more than 10,000 people. The SkyDome is a convertible field that takes 10-12 hours to convert from baseball to football and visa versa.
