About Us

Our goal is to help you find the best place to purchase tickets online.  We search the web looking for websites selling MLB tickets.  We want to help you find sites that are:

  • Reliable

  • Provide great service

  • Offer the best prices

You will find a list of sites that sell baseball tickets near the top of this page.  We list different ticket brokers for different teams, because certain brokers may have better prices for certain teams.  For example, a ticket broker in Chicago will probably have better prices for Cubs tickets compared to brokers not located in Chicago.  However, this is not always the case, which is why we compare prices between the different sites.

Good luck in your search for tickets and hopefully we can help you find a reliable broker that will provide you with good service and great prices so you can get out and enjoy the game!

Please note - The Ticket Broker sites we list  sell tickets higher than face value.

The Rangers have never appeared in the LCS or the World Series - They have been the division champions four times in 1994, 1996, 1998 and 1999 - Their best season was in 199 when they won 95 games and their worst season was in 1973 when they only won 57.

Their first manager was the legendary Ted Williams who managed in Arlington for only one year.

bullet

The Rangers have gone through eighteen managers in 32 years.

Nolan Ryan is their only retire number besides Jackie Robinson (his number was retired for the league). When the Washington Senators moved to Minnesota in 1961 and became known as the Twins, the city of Washington was granted another franchise, which was also known as the Senators. That team remained in Washington until 1971 when it moved to Texas and became known as the Texas Rangers. The idea of having a major league baseball team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area had been around since 1962, but the American League team owners denied Charley Finley to move his Kansas City A's to Dallas. Along with them came manager Ted Williams, who became legendary for his .406 batting average in one season and two time winner of the triple crown. The Rangers are one of the two longest running AL franchises still waiting to win their first pennant along with the Anaheim Angels. They have, however, won four American League West division titles all in the 1990s. The Rangers have enjoyed a lot a talent over the years including Nolan Ryan, Gaylord Perry and Ferguson Jenkins. Recently the the Rangers finished just three games behind in the AL West division with 89 wins thanks to the help from all-stars such as Michael Young Alfonso Soriano and pitcher Kenny Rogers.

With a record of 46 and 35 as of July 9th, 2004, the Texas Rangers are having a turnaround season. The general manager Buck Showalter said, "If someone asked me which of our players should be on the All-Star team, I'd say the whole team. That's kind of what this year has been about for us, the sum of the parts." The whole team did not make the All-Star list, but five members will be representing the AL in Houston. Those being honored include Alfonso Soriano, shortstop Michael Young, third baseman Hank Blalock, left-handed starter Kenny Rogers and right-handed closer Francisco Cordero. Five All-Stars is the most the Texas Rangers have ever had represented in the game. They have had four in three other games in 1989, 1998 and 1999. Ranger’s third baseman Hank Blalock is not going to join his infielders at the All-Star game, but he does get to compete in the Century 21 Home Run Derby. First Baseman Mark Teixeira has been honored by being names the American League’s Player of the Week for the week ending July 4th, 2004.

Texas Rangers play games before their hometown Arlington fans on the Ameriquest Field. This facility is magnificent and keeps in good condition as it is a home to only baseball. It baseball field itself serves as the middle of a 270-acre complex. Around the complex is a baseball museum, a child’s learning center, a four-story office building, a youth baseball park, a 12-acre lake, and parks along with other recreational areas. It cost approximately 191 million dollars.
